We are a local family that has been living in Door County year-round for the last 8 years.

Lilly has been general manager here at Skip Stone since the beginning, you’ve probably seen her around running the show, and partner in the business in 2022. She is also our creative mind and creator behind all the delicious beverage specials you have come to love and enjoy!

Lilly’s love for this place she calls home has led her to become an active member in our community. She is an elected member of the Sister Bay Village Board, a board member for our youth soccer program, Northern Door Activism, among other volunteer activities throughout!

Lilly wears many hats inside and outside of the business, she is a true believer and supporter of women leadership and empowerment, especially when it comes to our fellow Latino community.
Her passion for food, coffee and service grew when she attended College- Universidad de Guadalajara, México, where she met Juan.

Juan is the creative force behind our marketing, business development, and financials. He also serves as the Director of Marketing at Wild Tomato Pizza. As a passionate coffee lover, he's excited to continue his journey in the coffee shop world.

Lilly and Juan are the proud parents of Mila, who attends Gibraltar and will soon be joining the family business! You might have seen her around too helping out at the coffee shop (or taking a nap on the couch).

We look forward to this amazing journey as new business owners and continued support for our community!
